K-Max Theater

After more than 30 years of prohibition, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia allowed the opening of movie theaters around the country. Bounyan was honored to be granted the contract to build the first 4D movie theater in KSA. Today this project stands as an iconic structure to remind all the visitors of King Abdullah Economic City in Jeddah of the start of a new era in Saudi.

YAM Beach

YAM Beach is the first Mix Gender public beach in Jeddah which was a major milestone in the social transformation on the Kingdom as part of the Vision 2030. Bounyan is proud to be the contractor trusted to build it in-line with our complete support and streamlining the Kingdom’s vision.

Alkhabeer Capital Offices

In line with their vision, Al Khabeer capital awarded BOUNYAN the construction of this new iconic office building.

The location and design were intended to enhance the exposure of the company and their new ventures.

MOI Jeddah Headquarters
