High-End Private Villa, Jeddah
Luxury residential villa spanning 2,867 sqm over a basement and three floors. Includes a Cinema theater, Gym, Entertainment room and an outdoor swimming pool.
Arabian Homes Renovation
A full renovation project for one of the largest residential compounds in Jeddah. This started as a pilot project 4 years ago and based on the pilot’s success, we have been phasing through the rest of the compound. Expected to be completed by end of 2027.
High-End Private Villa, Riyadh
Luxury high-end residential villa with 2,250 sqm built up area. This villa was finished with some of the best quality imported Italian material from Flooring to Kitchen Cabinets and most of the woodworks. It was a very challenging project due to the small plot size and access restrictions.
Masharef Development
Masharef Compound consisted of 270 residential villas built around a closed community concept. Bounyan was honored to take part in the realization of this project by building some of the Villas as well as part of the common facilities.
La Casa Compound
This was a 24 residential villas complex that included a large common swimming pool, a gym, a recreational hall and an outdoor playground.
